when you won't able to check your mail for long time , you can set automatic reply option in your mail account.Anybody send an e-mail you , autorsponder when receive your friends mail its automatic send reply e mail within a minute ,which you set in message box. Its work like phone auto respond . you save a automatic answer in your phone machine which machine reply to your friends when you outside of your house. Auto-respond is a special program that automatically answer to it. If a one person send email you several time in your vacation , auto responder send same mail which you set in message box.

How to set up auto reply message :
- Log in into your yahoo mail account .
- Then click on the " option " in the upper-left corner.
- Select " mail options" .
- Open mail options window box.
- Left side " mail options " you will see some options.
- Click on " vacation response " in the left side.
- Now open vacation response window box.
- Click on "enable auto response during these dates ".
- choose your vacation time " from " and " until" when you not check your email.
- Then set your mail " message".
