How to set up Gmail vacation responder :
- Sign in to Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon in the upper- right corner or select Gmail setting .
- Click on the mail settings from the top-down menu.
- Open Settings window box.
- Select " General tab " from settings window box.
- Now scroll to bottom of the page.
- You will see vacation responder .
- Click on vacation responder on and choose your vacation time " start " and "end".
- Enter the subject and message in the message body.
- Check the box next to Only send a response to people in my Contacts.
- click save changes.
