• Log in your Facebook account.
• Go to this url....   www.facebook.com/videocalling/
• Now you click on the get started option.
• take a second install this feature on your Facebook.
• After the instillation pop up chat box you can see the video call option.

Facebook video calling feature is not available in some browser.So you can use your Skype software and call your Facebook friends.
